Having good friends is vitally important to our lives. Research has shown that we live longer, remain productive longer, and suffer fewer illnesses when we have a strong friendship base. Friends give support, they give us laughter, and are there when we cry. Sometimes we move or grow to have little in common with our social circle, or even find that the relationships we do have are shallow. This causes the need to develop new friends. A coach can help you discover what you want and require in a friend, if your current circle of friends provide encouragement, and what you need to do to improve the friendships you do have. Friendships may grow and evolve but there is nothing like being around a group of like minded people.
